Imagine if what is happening to others in the hue man family happened to you. You lost your religion, language, culture, creed, family, home, stuck in poverty, sickness, mental anguish, depression and no one cares what you went through. The truth hurts, it is bitter and somewhat heartless. Nevertheless, without it we are all roaming the earth and mindlessly suffering.
Centre Your Mind And Ground Your Body
Start to practice meditation. Sit in a room and shut off your phone. Watch your mind. Do not hold onto any thoughts, just observe. This practice is so simple and yet so difficult for millions of people to do. Why? In order to have a solid foundation for life you must be grounded. How grounded are you or the people around you? You know the answer.
In the world we live in today, hardly anyone takes the time to shut everyone and everything off and meditate. How can you manifest true greatness and abundance for generations to come when you are not grounded? Go within and observe your own mind and watch where it takes you.
Watch your thoughts and let each thought naturally dissipate. Gradually, with practice, empty out all thoughts and reach a state of quiet and clarity. Bring your attention to your breath. Come back to the present moment every time you are stuck in your thoughts. Observe each inhale and exhale.
Once you reach a state of calm, silence and peace a shift in perspective opens up. This may take a whole lifetime or just one meditation sit. It all depends on each individual and what our minds are holding on to.
