Recent news came out in June 2022 about thousands of cows dying in Kansas. They say it is due to extreme heat in Kansas. The estimated deaths of cows are being reported from 2000 cows up to 20,000 cows that died a few days ago. This is very unfortunate news and how cows dying affects us is happening on a global scale.
The death of these cows is mysterious. How they all died in the same formation seems odd. If they all died from extreme heat, how could they die and fall down the exact same way, like dominos? It looked like they all collapsed at once.

We are living in an age where food scarcity is becoming an increasing problem on a regular basis. The concern over food shortages and rising food prices is on millions of peoples minds. Many cannot pay for their groceries anymore. How cows dying can affect us is by selling everything cows provide us at even higher prices. This is the cost of what the dairy cows provide us as well as themselves.
How Long Does it Take to Raise Cows?
It takes two to three years for beef cattle to be viable for slaughter.
How much milk does a dairy cow give?
One cow can yield between 8-10 gallons of milk per day.
Eating cows is no longer going to be a meal choice in the future if mass deaths of them continue happening all at once. Not only have we lost the cows, we lost everything cows give us.
Cows Are the Most Generous Animal
A cow is one of the most generous animals on earth. Aside from eating boring food that no man would ever want to eat, hay, they weigh over a ton. Cows are heavy and therefore they provide a lot of meat. They also give us dairy products which we consume on a regular basis. They take nothing from us and the Earth and they give without hesitation.
It is said that if you hurt an elephant, that animal will hunt you down and hurt you back. Not saying that elephants are not generous and kind, but they retaliate and they do not give us their nutrients and flesh to be eaten. Cows do. Cows are constantly giving. They are giving to all the farmers because they provide the farmers everything.
They are a highly profitable source of income for them. While they put money in their pockets, they also feed them which gives farmers more opportunities to spend on things that give them next to nothing in return like cows do.
It is sad to lose even one cow, let alone thousands of them all at once. This is something people need to start looking more into because if we lose cows, we lost the most precious animals on earth. Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians should be concerned about the deaths of thousands of cows because it tells us we are doing something wrong.
What is the effects and costs of cows dying?
Not only will you lose out on dairy they produce and beef for consumption, farmers lose out on time, money to raise the cows and it severely impacts their livelihood. They are starting right back from the beginning to raise them again.
