I recently cooked some chickpeas at home. One of the dishes I used them for was the lettuce from the urban garden salad. This second dish, an avocado chickpeas spread salad in a wrap, that they are going to be for.
All the ingredients are fresh and the tortilla is homemade. You can make your own 16 delicious tortillas from scratch by following the recipe. Then come back here and make a satiating healthy wrap.
Once the tortillas are made it takes about 10 minutes or less to make your wraps, after cutting up the vegetables.

2 avocados
1 yellow, orange and red bell peppers
1/2 red onion
1-1/2 cup of chickpeas
1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
How to make Your wrap
Wash and cut all the vegetables in the ingredients.
Set them aside. If you do not make your own home cooked chickpeas then take out a can of chickpeas open it and wash them out in a strainer.
Then take out two Avocados and open them up.
Take out a mixing bowl and pour the cooked chickpeas in there.
Start to mash the chickpeas.
In between add 1 avocado, cut in half and mix it in the bowl.
Do this until you have mashed up all the avocado halves and the chickpeas are mashed up into a thick creamy like spread.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper while you mix the chickpeas and avocados together.
Using a tablespoon, take out one heaping spoon and spread it on each one of the wraps.
Now add on the vegetables.
Put in a few slices of each, cucumbers, orange, red and yellow bell peppers and some red onion slices.
Close the wrap up.
It is ready to be served.
There is only so much that can go in a tortilla wrap before it breaks.
Therefore be mindful how much you add inside.
The quantity in the ingredients is enough to make eight avocado chickpea spread salad in a wrap.
Lunch/dinner is ready.
Hope you enjoy your meal.
