The earth we live on is alive. It is living, breathing, needs nurturing and protection. This is why gardening the Earth is the guard to our heart. The words “garden” and “guard in” may spell differently while sounding the same but they are closely connected.
Definition of Guard
According to the Google dictionary, the word Guard means:
Watch over in order to protect or control.
“the gates were guarded by uniformed soldiers”
Follow Your Heart
A “guard” is a protector. When we are gardening, we are protecting our den, our domain. Therefore gardening is protecting our den and by doing so you can follow your heart.
To “garden” flowers, fruits, vegetables, trees, etc., we are growing beautiful things on our home and taking care of it. When you give to the Earth it begins to thrive. Our heart is our Earth. As we protect our earth we are taking care of our hearts.

How Is The Earth Connected To Our Heart?
It Is One In The Same
This planet earth is our heart. We cannot survive and thrive without it. When it is hurting so are we. There is no separation between us and this planet. By going against our home, our heart which is the earth, we are hurting ourselves.
After 2020 There Is A Greater Focus On Our Hearts
When the earth is hurt it affects our home and as the saying goes,“home is where the heart is”. People misuse the kindness of the Earth perhaps because they assume it is so big she will not feel it. However, our actions are being felt around the world and it is negatively affecting our home.
In our personal lives dealing with each other no one can tolerate an angry and jaded person. Who wants to feel the ache of someone who is heartbroken or who breaks other peoples’ hearts?…
This is connected to how we connected with our earth because she is our heart. The way we treat one another, breaking each others hearts, having no connection to our own hearts, we are heart breakers. This needs to stop. If you want to heal your broken heart start gardening and watch Earth love you back to life.
The Heart Is The First Organ To Grow In Our Body
According to Google This is what it says about our heart:
Heart: During the development of the body, the first organ to develop from the embryo is the heart. Development of the heart begins in the third week of the gestation period, a complete heart with 4 chambers is formed in week 7. So cardiovascular system is the first organ system to develop during organogenesis.
Can you believe this? The first organ that grows inside of us is our direct connection to our home, planet earth. Not only is it is the first organ that grows, it is also the one most heavily attacked throughout our lives.
Heart attacks are the №1 most common way to die. This is connected to the malpractices committed on Earth.
Change Of Heart
This planet is vastly changing and it is affecting all farmers and the quality of produce they grow which we consume. The availability of healthy fresh produce is decreasing. It is time to take a closer look at the connection to our hearts and what we are doing to the Earth. The more we hurt our earth, the more pain we are putting ourselves through.

Pesticides and Chemicals
Pesticides and chemicals in our fruits and vegetables are not helping humanity. They are harmful to the Earth and to our hearts. The best way to guard your heart is by gardening this Earth.
Whether we want to or not, the majority of us with land may one day have no choice but to garden. If we do not care for our planet who else will?
Hopefully we do not reach the point where you cannot survive unless you have a garden of your own. Do not allow us to reach that unfortunate manifestation. However, do not be in denial about what is going on.
Greed And Love For Money
Have we all gone too far breaking each others hearts for success, profits and gains? This is something those with no heart must reflect on. Our job is to treat the earth well so that we can all be able to manage our hearts properly.
How Can We Help Heal The Earth?
Plant Some Seeds In The Ground
The best way to help the planet is to plant some seeds in the ground. Not only will you help and protect yourself and family, you have the capacity to pay it forward. Gardening is a skill that gives back in abundance. You receive ten fold when you protect your den and garden. The Earth is always giving back when you give to it. Treat your Earth the same way you want your heart to feel, great!
An Abundance Lifestyle
You get back so much in return when you give to the Earth. She gives back to us what we put in her and so much more. By doing this we make it possible to have food for everyone.
We are all connected and reside in this large home called Earth. It is up to us to guard our den.
The first organ that forms in our body before anything else is our human heart. Our hearts are fragile but strong. Protect and care for the planet Earth like you would do for your own heart. Take care.
