Help with some Miracle Gro
As I am showing the development of the changes happening in the garden, we do not have much longer of a summer for results to show. Even though the vegetables are starting to grow, they are not coming up fast enough. My little garden needs help with some Miracle Gro. So I purchased a small bucket under $20.00.

The instructions are written clearly on how to use the Miracle Gro. It is easy to follow. Just dilute the scoop of crystals in the correct amount of water for the correct concentration. Then proceed to water your vegetables.

There are parts of the garden that are showing a lot of promise for a yield, yet they are not exactly where they should be at this point. With not much time left, I am focusing on the areas of my garden where I planted vegetables. These are the places that I can apply the Miracle Gro. The back part of my garden where the spearmint is shows very little growth with the green peppers. This area will receive less focus while I tend to the vegetables that are showing promise. However, I will check up on them and water them from time to time.

I am not putting too much emphasis on the back part for now, although I am applying Miracle Gro once to see if anything happens. However, the centre part of the pergola is looking amazing. This is my main focus, applying the solution in the pergola as well as the green peppers growing on the side of the fence in their raised beds.

This side is growing slowly therefore there is going to be less focus on this area
The Results Are Impressive
Within two short weeks the results of Miracle Grow are showing a drastic difference. I consider this a good investment. The solution will last you longer than one season. Of course it depends on how much food you are growing. In the container there are two bags of the crystals.

I am not even halfway through one of the bags. As I share this blog the Miracle Grow has been used twice. The first time was two weeks ago and the second time, I just used it again this past weekend.

Before & After
The pictures you see above is how the garden looked before I applied the Miracle Gro in the garden. The pictures showing the dates August 4 and all pictures below that are from the results now. It is a significant difference. For those of us who come into the growing season either late or we have a slow start, this is a great solution to try.
The five tomatoes I shared in my blog “Update: Tomato Gardening At Home” are the tomatoes in these pictures. Not only did the fragile five remaining tomatoes get planted in the garden, they are thriving beautifully. As a result of love and care, you can see that small green tomatoes are already starting to emerge.
It Is looking very promising. The kale has grown much larger in size, along with the green collards. It looks like this year my celery is growing differently. It is not giving me stems but it is leaving me seeds that I can collect for planting next year, which is still great. Meanwhile the green peppers are rising up nice and high, standing upright. Some of them are high enough that they require a stick for support for them to stand up.

Summary
Overall, purchasing Miracle Gro is a good idea to help your garden grow bigger and faster. If we are lucky, the weather in August will remain hot and hopefully into September as well. But I do not want to get into wishful thinking. Make the best of growing the garden you can in the summer of August and mid September.
If you are noticing that your garden is showing potential but not getting up fast enough, invest in some Miracle Gro, even though they are not paying me for this advertisement. Hopefully they are reading.

I will continue following the instructions it shows on the container. As long as the weather remains stable, there is promise of a yield this fall. At this point I am ready to start picking up some produce from my garden and making food. I am currently picking off kale, chives, spearmint from the garden. Gardening kale for the summer shows where this kale came from and why I do not need to by this vegetable for a while. Additionally, now I can add collards to the list.
